SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We roast every Sunday (unless noted otherwise on our website) and we ship every Monday. Have your order in by 11:59pm on Saturday and your coffee will ship same week. We utilize UPS, USPS and DHL for our out-of-town orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love our coffee as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s okay because we’re here to help you select the right coffee for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to make an exchange from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, you must return the item in the original packaging. Shipping charges to and from the Roastery are non-refundable. Customer Service is available between 9 am and 5 pm PT Monday through Friday via phone (206-999-0467) or email (coffee@barometercoffee.com) to help. After 14 days we will no longer accept exchanges.
